We support architects and builders right from the start by providing competent advice, documentation and drawings. If you wish, we will be happy to supervise your building project until completion.

Care and maintenance – we support you
The nationwide customer service for our products, beyond the national borders, supports you with care and maintenance.
Ask for maintenance contracts regarding your project/product or request customer service. We will also be happy to provide you with information and documents for self-maintenance. Do not hesitate – challenge us!
Customer service and repair – we want you to be satisfied
Our customer service is our daily philosophy. Whether after a break-in, weather damage (for example, due to hail) or much more: we are at your side competently and reliably. We are happy to assist you with repairs or replacements. At fair prices, we can be with you at short notice. You benefit from our nationwide service network! We also support you beyond the borders of Germany.
The nationwide presence of our service team minimises travel costs and, of course, waiting times. Baier is therefore there for you quickly and cheaply, even if you have not bought our products directly from us.
