From the inside, the new building of the Rosenheim Clinic impresses not only with the latest medical and building technology but also with a high level of comfort for staff, patients and visitors. From the outside, Baier's sun and privacy protection in the form of a total of 93 motor-controlled sliding shutters contributes to the harmonious overall appearance.

A multi-family house with an underground garage was built in Bühl in the immediate vicinity of the French border. The lightly plastered building is equipped with anthracite-coloured sliding shutters from Baier, which give the façade of the new building that certain something. They provide a contrast to the purist shell of the cubic residential building.

The property in Enkheim used to be used by the fire brigade, but today it is home to a daycare centre with six playgroups. 13 sliding shutters with vertical aluminium slats complement the modern façade and support the building's energy efficiency.

The demands on residential facilities for senior citizens have changed greatly in recent years. Most people would like to live in their own household and familiar surroundings for as long as they can. The Jöhlingen Health Centre offers centrally located, barrier-free flats in its Haus der Gesundheit (House of Health), Haus der Pflege (House of Care) and Haus des Wohnens (House of Living).

In the Lower Bavarian district of Landshut, the municipal kindergarten in Hohenthann has received an extension that now provides additional childcare facilities. Floor-to-ceiling window fronts provide plenty of light in the group rooms. The Baier shading system is of particular importance here.
